Not having to access a plan room or a three - ring binder that hasn't been updated in years, to access mission critical information. Also, new technicians are able to have all the information they need to do their job, at their fingertips without having to consult other techs or teammates.

What do you like best about ARC Facilities? ARC facilities filled a major gap in our ability to find the correct isolation valve in a timely manner. We now use it for all utility shut-offs and are finding more and more cases uses as time goes on. The personnel at ARC are highly competent and made the set-up (loading thousands of drawings) almost a non-event for us. ARC Facilities pulled all the generations of drawings together, located all the valves and made them easy to find.

Mostly in urgent situations (like a gas leak or water pipe burst), delays in finding shut-off locations or system schematics can cause bigger problems.

ARC Facilities Management Software is a game changer. Great platform, user friendly, incredibly helpful. They have a TOP-NOTCH team that maps and pins all your critical infrastructure and they digitally scan as many plans as you have. The quality of the scans, regardless of the condition of the originals, is crystal clear and provides you visibility you wouldn't have with physical plans. If you find more plans or have new ones, they come and pick them up to scan and add to your platform...at no extra cost. ARC saves you time and takes your operation to a professional level. Contractors love it, vendors love it , I love it and so will you. ARC customer service is what all companies should strive to achieve. They are responsive and helpful. Great people. Great company. Great software. 10 of 10 for me.

David Trask and his colleagues at ARC Facilities have been incredibly helpful during our transition to their app. They are always available to assist whenever needed. The app itself has been invaluable, providing crucial information for managing emergencies involving the fire department, electrical issues, and water problems. We have been using ARC Facilities software for the past 5 years, and their solution has saved our organization many hours not having to search for building plans. We can now store all of our property's info in one location that is accessible by our Facilities team and our vendors. We can keep track of maintenance history of our equipment and inspection reports. This info can be passed on to future team members. I highly recommend if you're looking for a great solution to capture all of your building's info, floor plans and reports.

The ARC Facilities module allows us to keep all of our plans and all of the history versions in one application for easy review. It helps when planning any repairs and new construction. We also use the emergency management module to store our fire response plans to easily share with staff. One of the biggest benefits is how easy it is to share with our vendors and partners who are doing work.

Having dealt firsthand with a lot of different issues that come up in Facility Management roles, I am a huge fan of ARC Facilities! Their software tools have been game changers & their teams & personnel are a pleasure to work with. Very responsive & on top of whatever your needs are!

I utilize the ARC App frequently to find disconnects for utilities, blueprints of our facilities in the Forms and Folders area of the App. I highly recommend the use of the ARC App to companies that are wanting to log equipment details, map utilities, and store plans. This is a great App.

ARC's emergency document resources are great, they pinned the locations of all of our critical resources on floorplans, stored in the cloud where all stakeholders can access them. Highly recommend!
