Kevin Fernandes is the Corporate Director of Facilities Management for Colbea/East Side Enterprises, overseeing a multi-state portfolio of convenience stores, fueling stations, car washes, and cafés across New England. A Certified Facility Manager (CFM), he brings extensive expertise in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fueling systems, environmental compliance, and capital projects. Starting as a hands-on technician, he has grown into a strategic leader known for building strong in-house teams, expanding service capabilities, and implementing data-driven processes that reduce costs, improve uptime, and enhance customer experience across more than 100 properties, while leading major rebuilds, new construction, and infrastructure initiatives.
