Robert H. Kleimenhagen Jr., CFM, SFP, ProFM is Principal at RKFM Consulting Group, LLC and the Director of Physical at George School. He oversees all aspects of campus operations, ensuring a safe, comfortable environment for students and staff. Leading a team of 55, he maintains an area of 250 acres, comprising a portfolio totaling 600 hundred thousand square feet over 75 buildings. With 26 years of public and education sector facility management, he previously held key roles at Central Bucks School District, Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, and PennDOT. He served as president of the IFMA Central PA Chapter in 2015/2016, has served as a member of the board of directors for the IFMA Central Pennsylvania Chapter and as co-chair of the certification committee, and is a past recipient of the IFMA Central PA Chapter Facility Manager of the Year Award in 2007 and 2017, Advocate of the Year in 2009, and Committee of Year Award in 2009. Kleimenhagen holds degrees from DeSales and Lehigh Universities and obtained his Certified Facility Manager (CFM) and Sustainability Facility Professional (SFP) credentials from the International Facility Management Association (IFMA) and the ProFM credential from the ProFM Institute. A native of Southampton in Bucks County, PA, he has three daughters and lives in Doylestown, PA with his wife and youngest daughter.
