In this episode of Facility Voices, David Trask sits down with Victor Panchuk, Director of Campus Facilities at The Westminster Schools in Atlanta. Victor shares his journey from being a teenage exchange student from the former Soviet Union to leading facilities operations at one of the nation’s premier private K–12 campuses.
He opens up about creating a mission statement for his facilities team that aligns with the school’s vision, the importance of servant leadership, and his innovative “Manager’s Workday Out” program that puts leaders side by side with their teams in the field. From asking his staff the simple but revealing question, “What’s my job?” to championing customer service excellence, Victor offers a refreshing look at leadership, culture, and purpose in facilities management.
