Andrew Williams is the Director of Facilities Management at University Hospital with USA Health System, where he oversees operations, maintenance systems, and compliance across healthcare facilities. A CHFM and CHC-certified leader, he is dedicated to improving safety, reliability, and efficiency in healthcare infrastructure. Williams serves on the board of the Alabama Society for Healthcare Engineering and was recognized as the ASHE Region 4 Emerging Regional Leader. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter and is currently training for a half marathon.
