A Customer Story: Pusch Ridge Christian Academy

At Pusch Ridge Christian Academy, the operations and facilities team has one clear mission: support the teachers, students, and families who rely on its campuses every day.

As the school grew across multiple campuses and added new buildings, Director of Operations Jason found himself becoming the go-to source for facility information.

  • “Hey Jason, where’s this?”
  • “Hey Jason, where’s that?”
  • “What do I do here?”

He realized that critical building knowledge needed to be accessible to everyone who might need it, not just stored in the memory of one experienced team member.

With ARC Facilities, Pusch Ridge is creating a centralized, mobile source for critical building information across its campuses. Facilities and maintenance staff can access building plans, utility shutoff locations, equipment information, maintenance history, photos, and other documentation right from the field.

That accessibility becomes especially important when something goes wrong.

After a major water leak, the team was able to document the location, take photos, record how the lines were running, and preserve that information so other maintenance staff could access it later, even if the person who originally handled the problem wasn’t available.

The same approach supports faster emergency response. Instead of searching for information or relying on someone who knows the building from memory, a team member can pull out a mobile device, identify the correct location, find the shutoff or disconnect, and respond.

For Pusch Ridge, better access to facility information means less guesswork, stronger knowledge sharing, safer school facilities, and less disruption to daily operations.
