John Crouch, Executive Director for Facilities, and his team are responsible for facilities, engineering, security, biomedicine, emergency management and construction at the 169-bed hospital which includes 12 operating rooms. His team is embracing technology to help learn every aspect of the facility, conduct on-the-job cross-training, and accelerate problem solving in the field.
Using tablets and the ARC Facilities platform, team members appreciate equipment location mapping and the ability to stay current with building and equipment changes.
