The team walks the building, roof and mechanical rooms, verifying and photographing shut‑offs and capital assets.

As renovations and other projects create new documentation, ARC Facilities can process the closeout documents and update your Master Building Information Set. A dedicated Project Manager helps coordinate ongoing updates.
